Raybestos Safety In Speed Award
Awarded annually since 1957 to the winning Indy Car owner in recognition of engineering and performance innovation which contribute to advances in highway safety.
The original bronze casting, on permanent display at the Indianapolis Speedway Museum, was commissioned by the Raybestos Brake Company and created by internationally recognized sculptor, Henry Kreis.
